    Details

    In the 80s and 90s, Smiley® became the symbol of electronic music subcultures founded on acceptance and uninhibited joy — the 1460 Smiley® boot celebrates music’s positivity and the defiant optimism of the dancefloor. The 8-eye boot is built with our black Smooth leather, an all-over Smiley® deboss detail and yellow upper stitching. The boot is fitted with yellow eyelets and dual laces: a black pair with Smiley® text and a secondary yellow pair with the Smiley® branded icon. DM’s enduring DNA is evident from top to sole, with a black and yellow heel loop and signature yellow welt stitching to secure the grooved DMS outsole. Smiley® branded detailing is also on the boot’s sock and footpad.

    • Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at up to 700˚C and reinforced with our signature welt stitch​.
    • Includes dual laces.

    Material

    Smooth - durable and famously stiff to start, this leather can be polished to a dapper shine or artfully scuffed-up depending on your preference.

    This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.
